Kitchenality was founded by Tracy Mackey, a seasoned expert with decades of experience across sales, design, and project management. Her vision was to create a design studio where client relationships and quality craftsmanship come first.

With over 30 years of kitchen industry know-how, Tracy is the creative force behind Kitchenality. From first spark to final touches, she guides every client with care, precision, and a deep understanding of how to make a house feel like home. Her design approach balances innovation with timeless elegance, always centred around your lifestyle. Known for her warm personality and razor-sharp eye for detail, Tracy makes every step of your renovation journey feel like a collaboration, not a chore.
Casey Davis
Creative Design Consultant
Interior Design BA (Hons)
Casey brings a vivacious, dynamic approach to the Kitchenality team. With more than six years' experience designing beautifully functional spaces, she has a passion for natural textures, clean lines and sustainable design. Clients love her thoughtful, down-to-earth approach and knack for making every space feel both special and personal. Creative Design Consultant
The newest member of the Kitchenality team, Louise joins us with a background in interior and kitchen design. She has a real eye for spaces that look beautiful and still work hard day to day, which is exactly the balance our clients are after. Outside the studio you'll find her reading or cooking.

Jasmin's blend of creative design skills and practical problem-solving makes her a key player in every project. Calm, collected, and deeply knowledgeable, she supports clients through the design process with genuine care and a can-do mindset. Whether she's sketching up layouts or helping you choose finishes, Jasmin is all about making the experience smooth, enjoyable and inspiring. You'll often find her in the showroom, ready with a smile, a coffee and a listening ear.
