We have just finished a kitchen/dining extension, complete with a beautiful Callerton kitchen from Kitchenality. It's the first new kitchen I've had and the experience of working with Tracey and Casey at Kitchenality has been brilliant. What stands Kitchenality apart is the consistent level of customer service throughout the process - from the first meeting 9 months ago to working through the (very minor) snaggling list now. The quality of the kitchen and kitchen fitter (Stephen is great!) really is worth the investment and I wouldn't think twice about going straight to Kitchenality if I ever have another new kitchen! Thank you to the whole team!
From the moment we met Tracy she seemed to know exactly what we wanted even before we did. Now we just love spending time cooking, eating and just generally being in our kitchen. The design is perfect and the quality of the units is great too. Thank you Tracy and your lovely team for whom nothing was too much trouble.
From my very first interaction through to completion, the team at Kitchenality were a delight to work with. As this was my first kitchen renovation, I didn’t know where to start or have many layout ideas, but their designs were brilliantly thought through, with clear explanations of what would work and what wouldn’t (refreshing compared to my experience with some high-street brands). Once I agreed the layout, Kitchenality managed everything end-to-end. They turned around initial plans for my builder within a week and continued to communicate and partner directly with the builders throughout which made the whole process effortless for me.
All the team, Casey, Jasmin, Tracy, and Ian (the fitter), were fantastic. Every part of their service felt personal, and they genuinely cared as much as I did. The quality of installation was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by how competitive their pricing was against high-street brands.
Would recommend over and over again.
We popped into the Kitchenality showroom to look and were made so welcome and given such useful guidance that we stopped looking elsewhere and ordered a kitchen! Tracy and her team managed the whole process efficiently, always available to answer questions and provide support. Our old house has unequal dimensions so not an easy fit but nothing was a problem for Kitchenality. We are delighted with the quality and fit of the installed kitchen and appliances. We would definitely recommend.
From the initial meeting at Kitchenality’s Showroom in Arighi Bianchi through to the survey, design and installation the service was fantastic.
Tracy, Ollie and the team listened to everything we required and nothing was too much trouble.
The project management and liaising with various trades was exceptional. Tracy’s communication during the kitchen transformation was superb.
The design options presented were excellent with our requirements fully incorporated including appliances and bespoke units.
The quality of the units and the installation was outstanding and we were absolutely delighted with the end results.
We would highly recommend Kitchenality.
After visiting several showrooms we chose Kitchenality. From the very start, the team were friendly, polite and patient. The finished kitchen is absolutely stunning. The level of attention to detail is amazing.

Mark LentonModern shaker style with attention to details like the breakfast dresser and antique brass knurled handles that integrate beautifully into our cottage. Couldn't be more pleased.
Claire McEvoyTracy listened to my needs and designed the kitchen of my dreams. Nothing was too much trouble. Even once installed, the team came back to show me how the ovens worked.
