From the moment we met Tracy she seemed to know exactly what we wanted even before we did. Now we just love spending time cooking, eating and just generally being in our kitchen. The design is perfect and the quality of the units is great too. Thank you Tracy and your lovely team for whom nothing was too much trouble.

We recently had our kitchen designed and installed through Kitchenality at Arighi Bianchi, and were delighted with the whole experience. From our first informal chat right through to completion, Tracy was friendly, supportive, and highly professional. She created a layout that suited our space and the way we use the kitchen that was far better than any of the other designs we’d been shown elsewhere. Tracy's guidance — and Casey’s — made the entire process straightforward and well organised. The installation team worked efficiently, with everything completed to a high standard and with minimal disruption. We’ve been using the finished kitchen for about a month now, and we’re really happy with the look, practicality and quality of the finish. We’d happily recommend Kitchenality to anyone planning a new kitchen.

I finally have my dream kitchen thanks to Kitchenality. Casey’s bespoke design totally transformed it. Their products are of the highest quality reflecting style, endurance, efficiency and beauty making my kitchen an enjoyable working space offering plenty of storage.I found everyone in the team at Kitchenality extremely helpful and very professional. Stephen who fitted it focused on giving perfection and went above and beyond despite one or two challenges on the way.

From start to finish working with Tracy and her team to make my dream kitchen a reality was everything you could possibly wish for. From enjoyable, and sometimes hilarious, sessions in Arighi Bianchi, to the quality of the cabinets, to the expertise of Steve the fitter, all combined to produce a kitchen which made the relatively small area seem superbly spacious. And such a joy to cook in. Every detail made me feel so delighted that at long last I had a kitchen that had all the up to date features yet blended perfectly with the very old cottage that it is in! Tracy listened to my suggestions and was happy to implement them. Steve filled me with confidence that the job would be beautifully done and nightmares about cowboy kitchens vanished into thin air. Now I have the supreme satisfaction of enjoying it every single day.

We have just finished a kitchen/dining extension, complete with a beautiful Callerton kitchen from Kitchenality. It's the first new kitchen I've had and the experience of working with Tracey and Casey at Kitchenality has been brilliant. What stands Kitchenality apart is the consistent level of customer service throughout the process - from the first meeting 9 months ago to working through the (very minor) snaggling list now. The quality of the kitchen and kitchen fitter (Stephen is great!) really is worth the investment and I wouldn't think twice about going straight to Kitchenality if I ever have another new kitchen! We popped into the Kitchenality showroom to look and were made so welcome and given such useful guidance that we stopped looking elsewhere and ordered a kitchen! Tracy and her team managed the whole process efficiently, always available to answer questions and provide support. Our old house has unequal dimensions so not an easy fit but nothing was a problem for Kitchenality. We are delighted with the quality and fit of the installed kitchen and appliances. We would definitely recommend.

After visiting several kitchen showrooms we decided to go with Kitchenality, who were the only people who could answer if their units are UA protected as we have a south facing kitchen. From the very start, Casey, Tracy and the team of fitters were friendly, polite, extremely patient with us, with an air of humour which always goes down well. Casey in particular is extremely patient, the amount of times we changed the plans, well we just won't go there. No problem was too big for them, always ready with an idea or solution to any problems that occured, and there were some. We cannot begin to say how delighted we are of the finished kitchen, it is absolutely stunning. The level of attention to detail and the hard work from everyone was amazing. We just need to learn how to use the appliances now. Kitchenality put on a cookery demonstration which I found very helpful, as you could experience the appliances in action. Kitchenality were the first people we called when we wanted to install a kitchen in our new, renovation project, cottage. Having previously had a superb contemporary kitchen from them in 2021, we knew that Tracy's approach to design and practicality was exactly what was needed for the L shaped kitchen we would be creating. This kitchen is a modern shaker style, with attention to details such as the breakfast dresser, and antique brass knurled handles that integrate it beautifully into the cottage core aesthetic. We couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful new kitchen.
