Some kitchens start with a wall that needs to come down. When a project needs drawings and permissions before anything can be designed, we work alongside Vishal Verma and his team.

Who they are
NU Concepts is an architectural practice based in Warrington, working across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Vishal Verma runs it, and has done since 2011.
They handle residential and commercial work: extensions, loft and garage conversions, new builds, houses in multiple occupation, and interior remodelling. Before setting up on his own, Vishal worked as a consultant with Hodder & Partners on a large apartment scheme in Leeds, and with BDP in Manchester on a project for the university.
The practical difference for a kitchen project is timing. Decisions about where a wall goes, where the drainage runs and how much light a room gets are far cheaper to make on paper than on site. Bringing the architectural side and the kitchen design together early tends to produce a better room and fewer surprises.
